New directions

I've been tweaking my art work in a bit of a new direction...leaving out so much text&a bit more to the imagination. Panties,hot pants&Ice Cream cones have been helpful in this venture...not that I'm changing the subject matter,just adding layers.

Again with the "WARNING!WARNING!YOUR ART IS A VIOLATION" (This time by the squares at Faceb**k,again.)Would this be the case if I were a man-or is it just because I choose to express images of powerful women exploding with sexual energy? Vagina art is evidently far more shocking that the traditional phallic route(one that I'm also very fond of,yet this is never a problem.) Well suck it Haters,I don't paint for your lame asses anyhow! I pulled all my art off that social net working sight&will now only be sharing with those who care...like YOU,whom I appreciate greatly. xoxo me

I wanted to do something to support the people of Japan&all I can really do is get all artsy fartsy all up in the hizzy so that's what I did. Not sure what to do with it now but it's done! In the tradition of Godzilla battling his enemies against the Tokyo skyline...

I painted these recently as a donation to help the children of Old Orchard Beach get a skate park built so they will shred instead of shooting up crack in to they eyeballs or having babies when they is babies. Grind your ollies out gnarly little dudes&dudettes!

On the Verge...

FINALLY finished&sent in the Sketchbook Project 3,now off to Merchwhore (again) for Universal Order of Armageddon for what will hopefully be total awesomeness. How could it not be?* I'm Stoaked!

 HARPY EWE EARS! Living in the Land of Bad Babies&Long"DRY"Spells gives me plenty of time to work on various arts&crafts,the latest being the most recent round of the Sketchbook Project through the Brooklyn Art Library. I had contributed the Canvas Project 3 with a Triptic for the given words EXHALE,ANTIPODES&FREEWAY a few months back but this latest body of work is much more involved. I'm trying to recreate the look&feel of one of my many "Black Books" from years past...sketchbooks that traveled&lived with me. My subject title is "Happy Thoughts"&as usual that can mean many things...

#99 Chad VanGaalen - Willow Tree

I love Chad Van Gaalen&everything he does as an artist&musician(including every word that I've ever heard come out of his mouth.)When I saw him preform this song live I cried like a baby-he had no strap for his banjo&was standing like a crane holding it up with his leg. Afterwords when I went over to thank him for playing we had a moment...he is a warm,lovely human with the most perfect teeth I've ever seen in my life. To think he comes up with all this shit alone in his basement in Canada is pretty mind blowing.

Granted much of my work is sexual in nature,but then again most of LIFE is sexual nature&for the record this is a Tattoo Shop/Gallery wherein one must be 18+ to ENTER. Clearly all my work is not "Graphic" so I am unsure as to why they didn't even talk to me before rejecting my having a showing on that basis.It's frustrating for me as an artist to be sitting on a huge body of work with NOWHERE (non virtual) to show...So I'll just keep slapping it up here on you my friend,the INTERWEB.
